IN PERSON · TEACHING IN REYKJAVÍK

You need space to learn — and a teacher who sees you.

Art of Yoga is a small teaching studio. Our groups are small, and the teaching develops step by step so you have time to understand what you are doing.

FIVE WAYS TO LEARN IN PERSON

Start where it suits you.

If you would like to experience our approach, come to a Foundation Workshop.

YOGA TEACHING IN SMALL GROUPS

We see each person.

If you want your teacher to really see you, guide you and help you develop your practice, this is a place for you.

We teach only in small groups, usually 9–12 people. This allows us to observe you, adapt the teaching and help you develop a deeper understanding of your own body, breathing and mind — and how to use what you learn more effectively in your everyday life.

  • Slow, precise teaching.
  • Movement, breathing, effort and attention work together.
  • You do not need any previous experience to begin. You simply need to show up, practise and give yourself time to develop.

THE TEACHERS

Gummi & Talya

Our teaching is individualised within the Vinyāsa Krama tradition. We adapt the practice to the person we are teaching. You are welcome to learn more about us and our approach.
